Dear Parent/Guardian,

Following information are shared with you in case your child becomes a member of the Gleneagle Table Tennis Club.

1. Students are required to wear sport shoes while in the club.
2. Signing in and out is a must to keep track of those participate and the duration of their participation in each session.
3. There is no food no drink rule as the sessions are in a gym.
4. Students are to bring their own racket and ball. There are some low quality paddles available but having table tennis ball is a must. 
5. As the space is limited, only players that sign in are expected to stay in the gym.
6. Sessions are every Friday that is a school day from 3:30 to 5:00 pm.
7. Students are responsible to respect, at all time, the rules given by the coach/supervisor and captain of the club.
8. As student practice and get more skilled there will be an internal tournament to choose the best players of the school’s team in both boys and girls, separately.
9. There is a $10.00 fee to register for the club to be paid to the school by cheque or cash. Secretaries can take both cheques and cash.
10. If your child is identified as one of the team players, there will be one or two provincial activities that it requires planning of the couple of the days of participation in competitions. The cost of the competition is included the registration fee, ranking fee, BC Federation membership fee, and teams jersey. The details of it are to be announced as we get closer to the competitions.
