This website provides updates on School District No. 43's (Coquitlam) capital projects including new school construction, seismic replacements projects, additions, and other small projects.
Updates will be posted to each project page linked in the menu to the left, and may include text, photos, videos and applicable links to other websites.

A project is considered approved when it receives Ministry of Education and Child Care funding.
Burke Mountain Secondary

| The building structural steel is nearing completion, infrastructure work continues (March 2026).

| The building envelope is nearly completed, and interior work are ready to proceed (March 2026).

École Montgomery Middle
| Seismic Replacement
| Design plans for Montgomery Middle School have been completed and building permits have been submitted (March 2026).

Hazel Trembath Elementary
| New School
| Approximately 50% of the design work is now complete. Additional testing and site work has been in progress at the site in preparation for construction. A community open house is targeted to be scheduled in April or May to share the general site plan and the design of the new school (March 2026).

| The design is continuing and the Development Application has been submitted (March 2026).

Moody Elementary
| New School
| The school is substantially completed and officially opened on January 13. The team is working on finalizing the all-weather field and playground, as well as some deficiencies (March 2026).
