School District No. 43 (Coquitlam) District Middle Aged Cluster Class Pilot

Application Form for late submissions

The Coquitlam School District will be piloting a three year gifted program where Middle aged identified gifted students are clustered together in the same class. The location of the program will be at two sites: Citadel Middle School and Hillcrest Middle School. Grade 5 & 6 gifted students are encouraged to apply. (Application Form for late submission attached above)
