February 3rd, 2015 – The Board of Education of School District No.43 (Coquitlam) passed the Parkland School Site Surplus Land Disposal Bylaw and gave direction to staff to proceed with the sale of a portion of land to create eight single family residential lots along Como Lake Avenue frontage of the Parkland Elementary School site.
