Rental Process
Preliminary Steps
1.
To
view availability in schools, please visit our online booking portal and click on the
‘Calendar icon’ on the top right corner, select the school and date you would
like to you would like to view using the ‘filter’ button.
2. If you locate a date and location of interest you may submit an application through our online booking portal by creating an account and submitting your application. A minimum of 10 business days prior to your requested start date is required.
3. If there is availability, the
Rentals Secretary will forward the rental application to the principal to confirm availability and approve or decline the request.
Final Steps
1. When the School Administrator approves the request, you will receive an email notification indicating
a permit has been approved, at this time you may view the permit through
your online account. Payment for permits is due on approval.
2. Proof
of insurance is also required at this time. Insurance can be purchased through your local insurance provider or at
