As part of our district-wide Emergency Release Drill, we want to ensure all families understand the procedures for student release during Block 4 on Thursday, May 14. An email was sent home earlier this week showing the pick-up area located on the school's west field (near Lansdowne Drive).

Students can only be released to a parent, guardian, or designated adult who is listed on the Emergency Release Form. For safety reasons, no other individuals will be permitted to pick up students. All remaining students will stay with their Block 4 teacher until school administration formally dismisses them near or at the end of Block 4.

If you plan to pick up your child during the drill, please ensure you know the last name of your child's Period 4 teacher. This information is required when you arrive at the Command Centre located on the west field.

Parking will be extremely limited. Portions of the school parking lot will be closed for safety purposes, and we kindly ask families to park off-site and walk to the school. This will help ensure a smooth and safe process for all students and families.
