​School District No. 43 (Coquitlam) wishes to congratulate Trustee Kerri Palmer Isaak (Anmore/Belcarra) on her re-election by acclamation as Chair and Trustee Michael Thomas (Port Coquitlam) on his election as Vice-Chair of the Board of Education at the November 7, 2017 public board meeting. Trustee Thomas also served as Board Vice-Chair in 2016.
 
Trustee Thomas was elected after former Vice-Chair Carol Cahoon (Coquitlam) respectfully declined her nomination to run again after serving the last year in the Vice-Chair role.  

SD43 thanks Trustee Cahoon for her many positive contributions over the past year while serving in the Vice-Chair leadership role.
