Students, parents, staff, alumni and friends of Riverview Park Elementary celebrated the past 25 amazing years at their official 25th anniversary event on Thursday, June 20, 2019. Principal Anita Young MC’ed the event and a speech was given by SD43’s Superintendent Patricia Gartland. "As part of the 25th Anniversary Year, we commissioned a mural artist, Lauren Albrice, to complete this school community project.  She was here for 6 weeks, starting in February, and worked with every class and had every student, staff member, and many visiting parents and district staff, paint a tree and/or a flower on the mural base that she created.  It was a wonderful community building experience and has left a legacy at Riverview Park." - Anita Young, Principal
