School District 43 students participated in Coquitlam Public Library's 4th annual Science Expo on May 2nd, Thursday at the City Centre Branch library.
The event was open to students from grades 4 to 12, where students were able to enhance their skills in scientific thinking and communication and share their passion for science and technology! Judges present at the event were from Simon Fraser University, Douglas College and Environment Canada.

Hoomehr Mangoli, (left from Pinetree Secondary) won first place for his project Electromagnetic Levitation and Ishana Lodhia, (right from Heritage Woods Secondary won for her project Prostate Cancer:
