On May 12,
the Coquitlam Public Library in partnership with SD43, the City of Coquitlam, and Douglas College,
hosted a
Science Expo open to Coquitlam students from grades 3-12. Students from 17 schools participated in the event in four categories based on grade level: elementary, middle, junior and senior. Winners received a trophy and a cash prize.
Elementary level
1st place – Sound Booth by Chelsey Whitmore / Nestor Elem
