Ranch Park Elementary has been awarded the 2018 Health Promoting School Champion Award for demonstrating exemplary contributions to the development, promotion and implementation of healthy school communities.

Through a continued and dedicated focus on the well-being of students, Ranch Park embodies comprehensive school health through using a whole school approach to supporting improvements in students' educational needs and outcomes, while addressing health in a planned, integrated and holistic way.  

The work that Ranch Park has done and continues to do to create a health promoting school has had a positive impact on the students, staff and parents. This work has fostered active and meaningful engagement from the Ranch Park school community and increased school connectedness.
