1. Fill out and print this Registration Form.

2. Check this Acceptable Document Pictures PDF.

3. Bring both the Registration Form AND the required documents to a StrongStart centre for verification.

Please note: Registration is NOT complete until you bring your documents to a StrongStart centre.
