In conjunction with Tradesworks FABSHOP we are offering Forklift Certification and Scissor Lift Certification during Spring Break. This is a great opportunity for students to become certified and allow themselves to become more marketable when looking for employment.
Forklift Certification
Monday, March 19 and Tuesday, March 20
8:30am to 4:00pm
Cost $188.16 (includes taxes)
Scissor Lift Certification
Wednesday March 21
10:00am to 3:00pm
Cost $84.00 (includes taxes)
The students need to complete the attached registration form and make the cheques payable to Tradeswork Training Society or you they can pay cash. Registration will be on a first come basis.
Registration for this course will take place at Winslow (1100 Winslow Avenue) Staff Development Office located on the second floor between 8:00am to 4:00pm. Students need to register prior to Thursday, March 9 (last day before Spring Break) to receive the manual which needs to be read before to the course.
To participate in this course, students are required to wear CSA Safety shoes during the training.
