Despite three fishing outings this fall, the Fly Fishing 11 students were unable to catch any salmon!  A component of the course is fish care and preparation.  The class wanted to prepare and enjoy some smoked salmon but with no fish to prepare, we approached Thrifty Foods in Suterbrook Village.  They graciously donated five gorgeous sockeye salmon fillets for the class to enjoy.  A massive thank you to Thriftys for supporting our learning!
