All students interested in applying to SHAD the earlier the better to submit your application there is no need to wait till December 11.
FYI admission is based on the overall strength of the application, not when it is submitted. SHAD prefers applications to be received ASAP, to allow the most time for processing and checking for all items (application, academics, reference).
