The Post-Secondary Institutions (PSI) form is now available online for Grade 12 students intending on pursuing post-secondary in Canada in Sept. 2013. The following link is provided to help students fill in the form online. Deadline to complete this is April 30, 2013. Completion of the form is extremely important since it gives the Ministry of Education permission to forward marks to post secondary institutions. Final registration and program placements at post secondary institutions may be delayed if PSI information has not been provided by Gr. 12 students.
