| | Alert | As a final update, we would like to acknowledge the support we received from our families, local community and RCMP during the lockdown that occurred today at Terry Fox Secondary. Our community is built upon kindness, leadership, perseverance, and integrity. Today, those elements were evident as we worked together to ensure the safety of our students and staff. Our Terry Fox students did a great job in staying calm. responding quickly and following the lead of our outstanding Fox staff. As the day continued, the relationships that have been built between students and staff were evident. Our counsellors and admin team were able travel around the building throughout the day. During this time, it was common to see staff and students discussing today's experience. We are proud of our Raven Family! Thank You!

| Good afternoon Terry Fox Ravens! We have posted student schedules on the family/student portal for you to review. PLEASE review the information below that is specific to you. Important: We are still balancing our schedule as we have had an increase in enrollment. Please keep checking your student schedule on your portal as it may change prior to the first full day of classes. NEW STUDENT Portal Information: - Grade 9 students, you will receive your PRINTED schedule during your orientation on Sept 6. as well as your Office 365/School Email login. Your orientation will start at 9am in our school theatre.
- Once you receive your school email login, you will be able to access your student portal login information (it will be sent to your school email). We will cover this during your orientation.
- NEW grade 10-12 students: You will need to get your schedule from your counselor on the first day of school. Counsellor emails can be found here if you have any questions in the meantime.
NEW Parent/Guardian Portal Information - We are completing the process for setting up NEW parent/guardian accounts. You will receive account information in your email 1-2 weeks after school starts.
RETURNING STUDENTS & FAMILIES: Your portals are ready to be accessed. Please see below. For Students User Name: Your username is your student Pupil # number (ex. 847264241). For Parents/Families: User Name: Parent/Family usernames will begin with a 43- followed by the email you have on file with the school. (ex. 43-jcampbell7654@gmail.com). Why do I get an invalid message when logging in? The most common issue with this message is that the username has a spelling error OR the username was copied and pasted with a small blank at the beginning. If you get this message, please take a moment to type in your username. I forgot my password. What now? Enter your username and then click the "forgot password" prompt. This should take you to the security questions that you created/answered when logging on the first time. It says that my account is disabled. Why is this and what do I do now? If your account has had too many attempts with the wrong password it will disable itself. Please email terryfox@sd43.bc.ca and let us know. We will reset your password and an email will be sent to your account with a new temporary password. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Have a great start to the year Ravens!
