PEDALHEADS SWIM is currently hiring for Swim Instructor positions starting in March!
Just to highlight a couple of perks about Pedalheads Swim:
- We have year-long positions available, with potential for growth
- Warm pools
- Small classes - 4 students to 1 instructor
- Long class times - 1-hour long lessons
- Training available for continual professional development
- $21.00 / hour starting wage (can be increased with relevant experience and certifications)
To qualify as a swim instructor, students need to have the following certifications*:
- Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor
- Standard First Aid with CPR C
- National Lifeguard (optional)
- Life Saving Instructor (optional)
*these certifications require that a participant is 15 years old prior to the last day of their course
We also have opportunities for younger students who are interested in gaining more experience in the aquatic environment! Volunteer applicants must:
- Complete Swim Kids 10 and/or have completed their Bronze Cross
- Minimum age of 13 years

- West Vancouver - Park Royal Mall
- Vancouver - Jericho Hill Centre
- Richmond - River Club
- Burnaby - Fitness 2000
- Burnaby - Greentree Village
