School Code of Conduct

Creating a Safe, Caring, and Respectful Community

At Aspenwood Elementary, our school motto, “We lead with kindness, learn with curiosity, and grow with courage. Together we soar!”, guides everything we do. It reflects our commitment to creating a learning environment where every student feels safe, valued, included, and supported.

Our Code of Conduct helps students make positive choices and contribute to a respectful school community. Students are expected to:

• Show respect for themselves, others, and the environment.
• Demonstrate kindness, empathy, and inclusion.
• Take responsibility for their actions and choices.
• Act safely both in person and online.
• Contribute positively to the school community.

At Aspenwood, we believe mistakes are opportunities for learning and growth. Through reflection, restorative conversations, and support from staff, students develop the skills needed to build strong relationships, solve problems, and make responsible decisions.

By working together, students, staff, and families help create a school culture where everyone can learn, belong, and succeed.
