Grade 4 & 5 Choir

Aspenwood's Choir is open to Grade 4 and Grade 5 students who enjoy singing and performing. Choir members have the opportunity to develop their musical skills, build confidence, and work together as part of a team.

Students practice twice a week during lunch hours and are expected to make choir a priority by attending practices regularly. Because choir is a popular club, consistent attendance is important to ensure students are prepared for performances.

Throughout the year, choir students have the opportunity to perform at a variety of school and community events, including:

• School assemblies
• Local farmers' markets
• Holiday performances at the mall
• Community events and celebrations
• Other special performance opportunities

Choir sign-ups take place three times each year in the fall, winter, and spring, allowing students multiple opportunities to participate.

Students interested in joining should listen to the morning announcements for information about upcoming sign-ups and rehearsal schedules. We look forward to sharing our love of music with the Aspenwood community!
