Exams:

Provincial exams will proceed as planned. Consult the school website for days and time. Students are to enter the school via the front entrance, up the stairs off Poirier, one half hour before the exam, and should bring any textbooks with them. They should also bring with them ID, pens, pencils and calculators as required.

Students will find their name on the list posted on either side of the hallway just inside the entrance and will then proceed to the correct numbered designated seat for them.

Yearbooks:

There is still no plan for distribution of yearbooks for Gr. 9-11, but we hope to have something in place by next week. The three administrators are in the building essentially alone planning and organizing the Graduation Ceremonies, Provincial Exams and the Grad Dinner Dance, and there is no support staff. We hope for a resolution to the negotiations soon, but if not, we may have to distribute yearbooks off site , and we may request the assistance of parents to do so.
