​​In Leadership 9/10 students have been working on identifying various leadership skills and demonstrating these through a variety of activities at the school and in the community.  Activities at the school level have included designing a leadership logo and athletic wear, creating awareness for Terry Fox day, and brainstorming and planning for future school events.  Community includes weekly trips to the animal s​helter and the senior center.

Animal Shelter​​​​​

​​At weekly visits to the animal shelter, students spend time with the cats, giving them much needed attention and receiving much needed cuddles in return. ​​

Senior Centre

At the senior center, students participate in a range of activites with the residents including playing games, participating in physical activity and simply having one-to-one conversations.  ​
