​​​Grad Transitions/GTP is now Career-Life Connections 12 which is a mandatory 4-credit course that meets in Flex time.  There are monthly assemblies and class meetings that all grade 12 students must attend.​

Students can  access their class team on Microsoft Teams (login through Office 365 or download free Microsoft Teams app on your device) **All assignments must be submitted on Teams
