TUITION FREE!Trades Training means that students have an amazing opportunity to gain level 1 technical training while still in high school. The training program is dual credit, meaning students gain high school and post secondary credits.
Students need to do a 4-day "practicum" at VCC (Monday to Thursday, 1.00pm to 7.30pm) before they can be accepted into this program.

Pre-College Program 4 weeks in July
Get a hands-on feel for college life with ACAD's Pre-College Program. Make friends, earn three college credits, and build an awesome portfolio in four intense weeks of full-time, studio-based studies in art and design.
Must be 16-18 years old and have completed grades 10, 11 or 12.

The School of Medicine at St Andrews offers an undergraduate course, the BSc (Honours) Medicine degree, which is designed to meet the General Medical Council’s expectations expressed in ‘Outcomes for Graduates.’ Students on this degree graduate after three years and move on to one of the University's partner medical schools to complete a further three years of training and graduate with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB/MBBS).
The School also offers a four-year Scottish Graduate Entry Medicine course (ScotGEM). This graduate entry programme is intended to provide a pathway into Medicine for graduates from an Arts or Science background, and will lead to a Primary Medical Qualification which meets General Medical Council requirements. The programme is run in partnership with NHS Scotland and the universities of St Andrews, Dundee and the Highlands and Islands.
The School offers one taught Masters in Health Psychology as well as a range of PhD and MD opportunities.
The purpose-built research facilities within the School of Medicine provide the infrastructure and academic environment to ensure the sustained development and expansion of medical research in St Andrews in the future.
