** PLEASE LABEL ALL ITEMS in permanent marker before bringing to school.  It is important to also label PE Clothing (shorts, t-shirts, PE Bags, Pencil Cases, Jackets, Hoodies, etc.

You will only need the very basics for the first week of school - your teachers/communities may ask for specific items ​once you are in classes.

 Please Note

· Individual teachers may request a few specific items at the beginning of the year (eg. poster board, thesaurus, keytabs, duo-tangs, and loose-leaf paper).

· Depending on program needs and the student's sense of responsibility regarding their supplies, some restocking of certain items will be necessary.

MANDARIN/BILINGUAL Grade 6/7/8 SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST

*​These are the basic supplies needed for students entering the Mandarin program:

1   Laptop (no chromebooks) with charger cord  (see requirements below)

1   Large 3-ring Binder (preferably with a zip-up option)

2  Binder Dividers (come in packs of 5​)

1    Calculator

1    Scissors

3   Glue Sticks

10  HB Pencils

1    Pencil Sharpener

2- Blue Pens; 2 Red Pens; 2 Black Pens (6 total)

3   Black felt pens (fine-liner)​

2   Erasers

2   White O​ut paper roll (not liquid)

1    Pencil Crayons (min. 24 pack)

1    Sketch Book (for Art)

1    Tissue box

1    Water bottle (with student's name on it)

1    Gym Strip (For physical education, a change of clothes is required for full participation and hygienic reasons). Proper gym strip would consist of: name-inscribed gym bag, shorts or sweat pants, running shoes and T-shirt) Please Label all clothing items.
