What: Do you ever wonder what is out there in space? Does thinking about black holes, possibility of life outside Earth and the endless galaxies in our universe intrigue you? During our May PSS, we will be joined by Lucas Kuhn, a fourth-year UBC student who will be sharing his passion in Astronomy! Lucas is a senior undergraduate student majoring in Astronomy at the University of British Columbia. His research primarily focuses on extragalactic astronomy (i.e. the study of our galaxy and beyond) and he has completed several such research projects as an intern at the Canadian Space Agency and as a visiting researcher at Western University.
