The last day of scheduled classes for Semester 1 is Friday January 17th 2020. While
there are no regular classes scheduled for the week of January 20-24th,
many members of our school community will still be expected to attend,
especially students who are taking a provincial assessment and students
who have an Incomplete (I) grade heading into the final week.
For those students who have an I or need additional support to complete their class successfully:
will communicate with you and your child if they have an I. For these
students, teachers will be in their classrooms at the scheduled times
below to help students complete their work.
- Students will be expected to attend until they have successfully resolved their I.
example, if your child is in Math 9 in A block and is not currently
passing, they will be expected to attend that class Monday at 830,
Tuesday at 9:45 and Wednesday at 11:45 or until they achieve a passing
We also have a scheduled assembly on Tuesday for Grade 9 students. All Grade 9s are expected to attend. Literacy and numeracy assessments, the last sitting of the English 12 and Communications 12 final exams, and the annual Tour De Fox
for our incoming grade 8 students as well. Grade 8 students who wish
to participate in our Grade 9 Honours courses will be writing them on

Numeracy and Literacy assessments for Grade 10 and 11 students run Monday to Thursday, 830-1030. Students required to write these assessments have been registered and the exact schedule will be posted by the office.
