Fitness & Conditioning 11/12- Sports Training

These classes are designed for any students who want to participate in 90+ hours of intense instruction to augment their training and help participants achieve their individual goals. The majority of class time is spent on individual skill development, offensive and defensive concepts, and sport-specific fitness and theory.  Their courses are linear in period 1. Please note that for junior students, these are a ninth course in their schedules
