"In learning and in life, we at Riverview Park are responsible, kind, and curious" is the mission statement that guides what we do and what we are about. In my role as principal, I am consistently seeing how these words translate into the behaviours and actions of the students, staff, and parents at RVP. I continue to be proud of our school's accomplishments. We emphasize the importance of a balance between academics, fine arts, and athletics, and strive to move forward by working together as a team at all levels. In this way we have created a positive learning environment for all our students where students feel safe and connected to their school.
As we continue to move forward together, we have adopted the language of Dr. Martin Brokenleg's, "Circle of Courage" where we strive to provide students with, and encourage students to have, experiences that foster and promote Belonging, Mastery, Independence, and Generosity.
