15 – Minute Check-In

• Students will meet with their last year's teacher.
• Students are to meet at the last year's door.
• Physical Distancing between families and students and staff.
• No parents/caregivers in the building
• This is a quick check in and Welcome Back to take attendance
• Handwashing is mandatory, masks are optional
• Come at your assigned time – see below

New Students Come to the Front Doors and Wait for Staff

9:00-9:15am

Friday, September 11th

1 Hour Safety Protocol Session

• Students will meet with their last year's teacher.
• Students are to meet at the last year's door.
• Physical Distancing between families and students and staff.
• No parents/caregivers in the building
• This time will be to go over our new safety protocols and help students start to learn our 'new way of doing things'
• Handwashing is mandatory, masks are optional
• Come at your assigned time – see below
• Kindergarten families will not attend today, unless it is for their learning conversations

*** Grades 1-5 ONLY ***

• Plan to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your time and leave the school property when students exit the building.
• In the interest of helping families feel comfortable and to help students begin to adjust to our new safety protocols, we are asking families to come only for their assigned times. Please do not remain on the school property outside of your assigned times. Thank you for your consideration. Together we are working to keep our children and our community safe.
