Cross Catchment Applications are for students who wish to transfer to another school that is not their neighbourhood catchment school.  All applications will be processed using a lottery system.  For students starting Kindergarten in K , you do not need to provide the PEN. Apply for Kindergarten here.   For Grades 1- 12 students,  y ou will nee d your child's nine digit PEN (Personal Education Number) to complete the application. PEN's can be found on formal report cards, through the MyED Family Portal, or through your school.   Apply for Grades 1-12 here. ​F amilies will be notified by email about the status of their application in the first week of March. 

Students of other grades wishing to attend a middle school outside their catchment including Minnekhada​(not already attending Minnekhada) also MUST complete this process within the dates and times above. ​ ​​Any Gr. 8  student wishing to attend a high school other than the one confirmed by your address on the form recently sent home MUST complete this process within the timeframe to be considered for cross-catchment.  Additional information can be found on our website at www.sd43.bc.ca
