We have a few requests when it comes to costumes at Kilmer.  If there are weapons that go with the costumes we ask that you have your child leave them at home.  As a general rule we do not allow pretend weapons to be brought to school, and on top of that it is very hard for children to resist playing with them and to avoid having mock battles with other students.  We would also like all scary masks and fake blood be left at home.  Some of the costumes and fake blood can be quite scary for our little students and this should be a fun day for all.

Students are encouraged to go home at lunch to change into their costumes.  If students are staying at school for lunch then they will come in at 12:45pm and be given a few minutes to change.
