• A new round of admission decisions was released last week. You can log in to the Join U of T applicant portal, the Engineering portal to view the status of your application.
• Applications are assessed independently, so if you applied to more than one program, you may receive decisions at different times. Always check your email and your applicant portal.

• 1st year residence guarantee - UofT Student Life: In order to receive first-year residence guarantee, students must indicate their interest on their U of T residence portal by Tuesday, March 31. Students do not need an offer of admission to apply for residence. Applying by the deadline doesn't commit you to attend U of T, living in residence or paying a deposit. Students are only asked to pay a deposit when they receive a residence offer.

• Current grade 10 & 11 students who are considering studies in visual art, media art, or design. 

Eligibility:

• Canadian citizens or permanent residents.
• Must have Eng. 11 or 12 (min. “C” grade)
• Must have grade 11 or 12 electives (Visual Art 11 & 12 recommended)
• Overall min. grade 67%.

To qualify for dual credit:

If you register for two first-year Biology courses at Douglas, you can participate in a faculty- led international trip available for first year science students.

It will be scheduled during the reading break so students can take a regular class load without missing classes. 

Limited spots available. The application will open for first year Douglas science students in October 2026. 

• Science students should take biology 1210 in first semester, then 1110 in the second semester to be able to apply and participate in the field school in second semester.
