Volunteer Opportunities

The Austin Heights BIA needs volunteers for their annual HollyDaze event, which takes place on Saturday, November 21 from 4pm to 9pm. 
This free, outdoor family festival brings the holiday spirit to Austin Heights with a fun-filled evening of live music, delicious food, holiday shopping, kids activities, and much more. Be part of the magic at this annual holiday event!
 
Assist with various pre-event tasks on Friday (the day before event) and on Saturday (the event day), with event tasks.
Shifts are flexible - volunteers can choose the times that work best for them.

The Christmas night market is an indoor event where people shop and eat.  It is located at the Evergreen Cultural Centre at 1205 Pinetree Way. It is spread over 3 days, Nov 29, Dec 11, Dec 12.  Volunteers are needed for various positions. Each weekend there is an average of 2500-3000 guests.
