We had the privilege and pleasure of working with fantastic multimedia artist, Dean Lauzé, on creating this surreal and large scale mural that encapsulates our school's identity and pride.
Eagle Mountain is nestled in the base of the mountains, bordered by parkland, old growth forests, and lakes - all natural surroundings which are depicted in this piece. Moreover, EMM is the home of the Thunderbird, a mythological bird-like spirit in North American indigenous peoples' history and culture. It is best known as a being of power, protection, and strength. It overlooks our school and protects all our teams which are hidden easter egg style in this piece...can you find them?
