Hello Centaurs,
Many of you may have already heard, but for those of you who have not, I, Robert Zambrano, will be leaving Centennial, effective July 31, to become an Assistant Superintendent in SD 43.
It has been an absolute privilege working in this school, in this community, with this staff and your children over the last 7 and a half years. I am very proud of the work we have done while I have been here. With the new building, the re-culturing that has already taken place and our fiftieth anniversary on the horizon, I expect that next year will be positive, busy and festive.
At this time we are working on placing the next principal and I can assure you, that we will take this very seriously. I have many great and capable colleagues who can do fantastic work. I am also very committed to help this person transition into the role, and will spend as much time as possible to orient the new principal to our culture.
Thank-you all, once again. I am sure our paths will cross in the future; after all, I’m just next door.
Best wishes
