Daily Physical Activity – BC Ministry of Education
Minimum of 30 minutes a day! Encourage your child to get involved in the many physically active opportunities offered at Banting and in our community. Better school performance, better sleep, more energy and fewer behavioural problems are just a few of the benefits you could see with an increase in physical activity. There is a spot in their planner for students to track their physical activity on a daily basis.
HealthLinkBC is the gateway to access, non-emergency health information services in BC. It is a phone number (8-1-1) and it is a website. It is also a collection of print (BC HealthGuide handbook and HealthLinkBC Files), and telephone resources, which put both services and health information into the hands of BC residents.
