​2025-2026 SCHOOL SUPPLIES

Hello parents / guardians.

As you may have heard, the owners of Creative Children and Creative Packs retired in February 2025, so we have secured a new supplier for our school supply packs in the 2025-2026 school year. We are pleased to be working with School Start.

Below you will find school supply lists by grade. You can choose to purchase your student's school supplies through School Start or you can use the lists to purchase items yourselves at various retailers. The decision is entirely yours. Regardless of which option you choose, please do not send any school supplies to school with your child until instructed by the teacher to do so.

Should you choose to order school supply packs through School Start, there are three ways to place your order:

1. You can place your order online at www.schoolstart.ca/  (note – their website is best compatible with Firefox or Chrome)

·         Click on “Parents Shop Here"
·         Click on “Purchase School Supply Kits"
·         Select Province (BC), then City (Coquitlam), then School (Hazel Trembath Elementary School)
·         Click ""Shop Schoolstart.ca" 
·         Click “Click Here to Purchase Your School Kits" at the top of the page
·         Lastly, click on your child's grade and proceed from there

2. You can call the customer service centre at 1-800-580-1868 to place your order over the phone

3. ​You can print and fill out the order form and return via email to info@schoolstart.ca

 
The supplies will be packaged and delivered directly to your home or to Hazel Trembath, depending on the option you choose. (note that orders placed after July 15 will be delivered to your home)

Shipping cost for school delivery is $4.50 per kit. Home delivery is $7.50 per family (a economic option for families with more than one student at Hazel Trembath).

• Order by June 13^th and be entered to win a $500 grocery card.
• Order by July 18^th and be entered to win $1,000 cash.
