The Hampton Park Elementary School PAC is dedicated to supporting our school community by organizing events, fundraising, and advocating for students' best interests. We encourage all parents and guardians to get involved, attend our monthly meetings, and stay connected with us.

🗳️ Annual General Meeting (AGM) & PAC Elections

Each year, the PAC holds its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to review the year's progress, discuss upcoming priorities, and elect the PAC Executive for the next school year.

 

📅 AGM Date

Our AGM typically takes place in May or June. The exact date will be announced through school newsletters,  PAC Facebook page and this webpage (refer to Meeting Schedule).

 

👥 PAC Elections

During the AGM, parents and guardians of students at Hampton Park Elementary are invited to nominate themselves or others for any of the PAC Executive positions. These roles are one excellent opportunity to contribute to your child's school experience and help shape future school initiatives.

🗓️ PAC Meetings

 

Our PAC meetings occur every 3rd Thursday of the month (subject to change with notice) and alternate between in-person and virtual meetings to accommodate all parents.

  1. In-Person Meetings: Held in the school library
  2. Online Meetings: Hosted on Microsoft Teams (link is provided before each meeting)

Our PAC organizes a Hot Lunch Program to provide students with delicious and nutritious meals while supporting school initiatives.

How to Order:

  1. Visit https://munchalunch.com/login
  2. Select your child's meals for the upcoming weeks
  3. Submit your order and payment by the deadline

 

📅 Order Deadlines: Orders must be placeddays in advance by 11:59pm.

💳 Payment Options: We accept online card payment via Munchalunch, cash, cheque, or E-Transfer.

🧑🏼‍🍳 Volunteer with Us!: We always welcome parent volunteers to help distribute lunches. Register via Munchalunch if you're interested!

🎉 Fundraising 

 

Fundraising plays a vital role in enriching the school experience and ensuring students have access to additional resources and opportunities. Money raised by the PAC directly supports:

  1. Field trips & experiential learning β€“ Helping reduce costs for families so all students can participate in educational experiences.
  2. Classroom resources & technology β€“ Providing updated learning materials, books, and digital tools.
  3. Cultural & special events β€“ Supporting school-wide celebrations, guest speakers, and performances.
  4. Student & teacher appreciation β€“ Funding initiatives to recognize and support both students and staff.
