Science Expo Edging towards Deadline
Local kids and teens can celebrate the spirit of innovation at Coquitlam Public Library's third annual Science Expo on Thursday, May 10, 2018.
The Expo invites Tri-Cities students – working on their own, or in pairs – to present a project in one of four categories: Elementary (gr. 4 and 5), Middle (gr. 6 to 8), Junior (gr. 9 and 10) and Senior (gr. 11 and 12). The first, second and third place winners in each category will receive prize cheques, medals and trophies.
To register for the Expo, students must submit a registration and a consent form by the deadline date of Monday, Apr. 16. The forms are available on the Coquitlam Public Library web site:

A partnership between School District 43, Douglas College and Coquitlam Public Library, the Science Expo will run from 3:30 to 8:00 pm on May 10 in the City Centre Branch library, 1169 Pinetree Way.
If you have questions about the Expo, please check the introductory document on the library web site, or contact librarian Chris Miller at cmiller@coqlibrary.ca, or 604-554-7339.
