MINISTRY UPDATE:
Vouchers will be mailed to students once Canada Post resumes service. Please allow extra time for delivery.
In the meantime, students can follow the steps below to redeem their scholarships online.
--If you still have not received your paper voucher in the mail, you can follow the directions below to redeem your scholarship online without it.
- Collect the following documents and be prepared to submit them online.

Collect proof of tuition paid. This should be a copy of an official itemized receipt or paid invoice from a recent term/semester from your post-secondary institution. It must show the following:
- your name;
- your institution’s name; and,
- a minimum of $1250 charged and paid in tuition (the total value of your scholarship).
Collect verification of your enrolment. This will be a document from your post-secondary institution. It must show the following:
- your name;
- your institution’s name; and,
- the program start date (i.e., the date your classes started).
- Open the Online Redemption Form and, when you are prompted to upload your documents, select the “I don’t have my scholarship voucher" option (see image below).
