Next week the Rainbow Club will be hosting a couple of events around Pink Shirt Day. Along with wearing pink on Wednesday the 28th, you're encouraged to wear pink all week! The best part of courre will be the bake sale happening on Thursday the 29th at lunch, so please remember to bring your loonies nd toonies for that. Additionally, there will be a "guess the Rainbow" Skittles guessing jar contest. Entries for the jar will be $1 each. Proceeds from the jar contest and the bake sale will be going to "Q-munity" LGVTQ centre of Vancouver.
Grade 6 basketball jamboree is today after school. Please meet at the Rainbow Stairs at 2:45 to ensure we make it there on time.
The Grade 7 & 8 boys basketball played a great game yesterday against Banting. It was a close game but our boys pulled out another win with a final score of 42 to 34. Good job boys! A reminder that your practice today is cancelled so there is no practice today.
Dodgeball today at lunch. Be there or be square! Monkeys vs The Jets and The Gobblers vs The Individuals. If you want to play today, there will be spots for you!
