Ski and Snowboard Club students, come see Ms. Turje at Nut Break or lunch to confirm your after-dinner group for this Thursday if you didn't already talk to her on Friday. Also, if you lost a glove on the bus home, Ms. Turje may have it - come check.
Grade 7 Basketball Team - reminder there is a practice Tuesday at 7:30 am. See you there.
Volleyball Club starts this Tuesday after school from 3 - 5 pm. Grade 8's are welcome!
Reminder to grade 7 and 8 Girls Basketball that there is a practice at lunch today in the gym.
We are starting a Breakfast Program this Wednesday! If you missed breakfast or are still hungry, feel free to join the Youth Worker in the Multipurpose Room from 8 - 8:30 am every morning Monday through Thursday and at 8:30 - 9:00 on Fridays. Also please note we are looking for volunteers to help each morning. Sign up sheet will be outside the Youth Lounge at lunch.
Grade 6 Basketball first practice tomorrow at lunch. Anyone wanting to play should be there.
Cucumber and Watermelon allergy - Please be advised that someone in our school today has a severe allergy to cucumber and watermelon. For this reason, we ask you to please follow these procedures:
- If you have cucumber and/or watermelon in your lunch or for snack, please advise your teacher immediately (and keep the container closed)
- If possible, refrain from eating or disposing of the watermelon or cucumber inside - eat and dispose of the waste outdoors
- On inside days plan for an alternate place to eat your snack or lunch
- Please make sure to wash your hands after touching, eating watermelon and/or cucumber
Scent Aware - Reminder that we are a scent aware school. Please do not have cologne or body spray in the school.
Sports Equipment - Please make sure you bring all sports equipment back inside after using it outdoors. Also, do not enter the equipment room without staff supervision.
Mindful Monday with Ms. Armstrong - Remember to be calmer than necessary.
