Reminders from Ms. Jung
Safety First
We all have different comfort levels with keeping safe from Covid. Let's continue to wear masks or not. Wash our hands and sanitize regularly, respectfully distance, walk quieltjy down the right side of the hall, wash our hands before and after eating and doing a daily health check, of course!
These measures also protect us from regular colds and flus, too! We had a high number of people away on Friday for various reasons including many colds - perhaps more attention to good hygiene will help with some of these absences?!
R is for Respect
We all have different comfort levels with keeping safe with masks in or off. Respecting the choices of others is about keeping a respectful distance away whether your peers are wearing masks or not.
Hot Lunch
Orders are being accepted now for hot lunches! Order all your lunches or only one st a time! The next hot lunches will be in Wednesday, April 20th. To eat Dominos Pizza next week, you must order by Wednesday!
Vending Machines
Note that the vending machines are out of order until further notice. Please do not visit the vending machines. We are contacting the vendor this morning.
Lockers
You heard right! Starting this week, some grade 8s and 7/8 classes of students will receive locks to practice with and then lockers! Only locker visits accompanied by teachers will be the norm as we practice having an additional space to store our backpacks and phones. Lunches and jackets along with runners will still be stored in class! To help with Tech Free breaks, storing your phones in your lockers is a great idea so, keep your locker combination CONFIDENTIAL, please!
Mindful Monday
Let's stop and really consider how Ms. Armstrong's message really helps us feel more ready to learn. Here is Ms. Armstrong!!
