A happy hello to our guests today! We welcome Ms. Dumoulin, Ms. Filomarino, Ms. Bleko, Ms. Henry and Ms. Brundrett! It is also Lorna's last day with us! When we see you, Lorna, we'll let you know what a joy it has been to have you here with us! We cannot wait to see you again soon with our art installation put together. Our individual braids will become part of something bigger and more delicious! We also say thank you and goodbye to Ms. Huffman. She has been working most closely with Wind Pod and Mr. Lee's class. We will miss your amazing way of connecting with students and staff! See you again soon, we hope!

Gratitude
We are grateful to Lorna for showing us the value of upcycling and recycling. Wasting resources including those we have access to in the bathrooms is not cool. Thanks for being kind and smart in respecting our home away from home.
Wigs for Kids BC
We are really hosting a hair donation on Monday! Adria, Ava, Isabella, Ms. Paquette, Ms. Turje and Ms. Jung are all losing their locks for a great cause to support kids with cancer and no hair! We are accepting money donations, too! Isabella has raised $200! Ms. Turje's class has raised $300 plus and Ms. Jung has raised $150! Won't you help, too?

We've started our fundraiser for Krispy Kreme donuts. The PAC will deliver our orders on Thursday next week if your parents order by today!
RAC Week at Moody Middle
During Feb 14-18 we are celebrating RAC (Real Acts of Caring) Week. Every day students and staff are encouraged to take notice of real acts of caring from others around the school. PINK RAC slips will be available for anyone to fill in to acknowledge the kindness they see. Please focus on an act that someone has done. One slip/day/person maximum. The RAC box and slips are located in the foyer, by the office. We will start Friday, that's tomorrow!
