Wresting - Attention students. Do you think you can throw Mr. Zenone down on a wrestling mat with a hip throw? He weighs 185 pounds but a good hip throw can take him down. What about Mr. Abello? Mr. A weighs 200 pounds! Can you throw him down? Join wrestling and practice your hip throws.​ Sign up is outside the office. First wrestling practice is Friday next week then we will decide together which days to practice. P.S. - Mr. Abdulla weighs 150 pounds but he's all muscle.

Grade 8 GIrls Volleyball - Congrats to the grade 8 girls volleyball team for a great night of volleyball last night. They found their stride in the last game and pushed Monty to the end. There were great passes and strong serving. Details about the wind-up to come.
