Just a quick reminder on submitting ABSENCES.
Thank-you if you are already using this system, it is appreciated !!
It is important to submit it this way as if you send to a staff members email,
it may not reach the office or they may not read it in time and it will save you
as well as the office a phone call home.
Early Dismissals - Please submit an online absence report for early pick ups as far in advance as you can/know. If you can please also let your childs teacher know ahead of time it would be greatly appreciated. You can send them an email or write it in your childs planner. Irvine is a VERY BUSY school and office and although we do our very best to accomodate all requests as best as we can but it does not always work out like we would like it to. If you know your child has an important appointment, please be sure to give yourself enough time in advance for getting them there in time and leave time for error! Calling the school ahead helps as well as a final reminder in case all else has failed !! This is a group effort and I very much appreciate your help during these very busy times!
