There are two performances:

Matinee: 1:30 pm

Evening: 6:30 pm (students are to arrive in their classroom at 6:00 pm)

We ask that your child(ren) be at both performances as their presentation is based around all the students participating. However, if your child is unable to make the evening performance, please let your class teacher know right away.

Tickets:

Please order your tickets on School Cash Online between March 6th and 13th.

Families can order:
Two tickets for the matinee performance
OR
Two tickets for the evening performance
OR
Families can order one ticket for each performance.

THERE IS A MAXIUM OF 2 TICKETS PER FAMILY FOR THIS PERFORMANCE.
PLEASE CHOOSE THE MATINEE OR THE EVENING/ OR CHOOSE ONE MATINEE AND ONE EVENING PERFORMANCE.

IF YOU HAVE SIBLINGS IN THE SCHOOL, ORDER YOUR TICKETS THROUGH YOUR ELDEST CHILD.

We anticipate having extra tickets, but the gym has a capacity limit of 300. Please be patient while we ensure that every family has access to two tickets, then we will allocate any extras. Families will be notified via email when the extra tickets will be available.

Parking:

Parking will be made available on the back field. More information will be available prior to the performances. Please do not arrive before 5:30 as the parking gates will still be closed. Street parking is also available. The staff parking lot will be closed for staff use only.
