Cost is $8.00 per student.
We will be leaving the school at 9:00 am and arrriving at the the Evergreen Cultural Centre for 9:30 am. The Clay workshop is a lot of fun and the students learn about working with clay including many techniques of forming creative shapes and attaching parts to a clay piece (known as scoring and slipping).
We will be leaving at 11:30 and returning to school for lunch.

Students will need to bring a pocket size snack and water bottle.


Although strongly encouraged, attendance is optional; therefore, if you do not wish your child to participate in this activity, alternate learning experiences will be provided at the school. Unfortunately, due to SD43 regulations and procedures, siblings cannot be accommodated.
While school staff take reasonable steps to prevent injuries to students, some degree of risk is inherent in the nature of activities and may occur without fault on the part of the student, School Board, its employees or agents, or the facility where the activity is taking place. By allowing your child to participate in this activity, you are agreeing that the activity described above is suitable for your child, and that there is a risk of injury associated with the activity. No student will be denied access to this activity due to an inability to pay. Please contact the school’s principal to discuss a fee waiver.​
