​Your child’s report card will be uploaded to our Family Portal on Thursday, December 11th. Report Cards will be loaded into the portal at approximately 3:00pm. With the amount of information being loaded, it could take a few hours to completely load all of the information. Sometime between 5:00pm and 7:00pm, you should be able to access the report under “published reports” on the main page.

If your family is new to this process, you will have had an account created for you by the office staff, which will allow you access to the “parent portal” to view your child’s report card. If you had an account created, you would have received an auto-generated email from sysadmin@myeducation.gov.bc.ca where you can begin the process of logging into the parent portal.

Due to security protocols, parents will often be asked to reset their password. Please see the information below if you are not sure how this process works please see the section below titled: "If you cant remember your MyEd Password".

Instructions To Access MyEd BC Parent Portal

1. Visit MyEducation BC: Log On (gov.bc.ca) or click on the MyEd BC Login found under “Quick Links” on our Baker Drive School Website.

2. When initiating a new account, creating a new password or logging-in for the first time in a number of months, please ensure you use a desktop or laptop computer. (Initiating accounts from a smartphone is not reliable).

3. If you are new to MyEd, your username and temporary password will be included in an email that will be sent to you from sysadmin@myeducation.gov.bc.ca NOTE: both username and password are case sensitive and must be entered manually (do not copy/paste)

4. Enter your username and password then click Log On to access the system; a message will indicate your password is expired.

5. Enter the temporary password you were emailed as the current password and create a new password using the parameters given, (passwords must be at least 8 digits, including at least 1 number, capitol letter and 1 special character).

6. Select a password reset security question and answer.

If you cant remember your MyEd Password, you can use the “I forgot my password” link on the login page to reset your password. An email will be sent to you with instructions for resetting your password.
